Have you ever thought completing an Ironman Triathlon would be impossible? We believe you can do it! The Ironman Triathlon Challenge is an 8 week program where participants will log their daily swim, bike, and run distances with a goal of accumulating distances equivalent to an Ironman Triathlon. An Ironman Triathlon consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bicycle ride, and marathon 26.2 mile run, which breaks down to an average of 10 to 11 laps of swimming per week, 14 miles of biking per week, and 3 to 4 miles of running per week.
Age: 14 and older(10 and older may participate with an adult)
