Need some accountability to stay on track throughout this holiday season?  We’re here to keep you motivated!

Hold Your Weight is an 8 week program that will give you exercise challenges, healthy lifestyle tips, and healthy recipes that will help you hold your weight through the tempting holiday season.  Participants who maintain weight, lose weight, or stay within 2 pounds of their initial weight will receive a $20 voucher to the Y and a chance to win 3 months of FREE membership!!!  *****Initial weigh-ins will take place at the Y on November 14th.

Mid-program Weigh In:  Monday, December 12th 6 am – 6 pm
