Survivor Fitness Challenge

The Survivor Challenge is a 12 week fitness challenge designed to motivate you to exercise regularly and at the appropriate level.  The challenge consists of an increasing number of minutes to exercise each week, with the goal being 6 hours per week.  Participants receive t-shirts and those who complete the program will be entered into a drawing for some amazing prizes.  ****New this year-Survivor Junior for ages 8-13.  Survivor Jr program details will be listed on this page below Survivor.

Survivor Program details:

Ages:  14 and older (10 and up may participate with an adult)

Registration Begins:  Dec 20, 2016

Program Dates:  Jan 22-April 15, 2017

Celebration:  April 22nd, 2017

Fee:  $6 per member,  Survivor is exclusive to Mattoon Y members

 

Survivor Jr:

Same fees and dates as Survivor.  An adult(parent/guardian) must be registered for Survivor for the child to participate in Survivor Jr.  Youth will have extra opportunities to earn points with some of the following activities:  CATCH activities offered in Hang Time, family group fitness classes, register for Girls on the Run or STRIDE or participate in the following classes programs:  indoor soccer, 7-9th grade basketball, dodgeball and swim lessons.
