This 8 week class will teach you about more than exercise. It will show you how to live a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition, stress management, sleep and exercise will be some the focuses of this class. Along with other participants, you will connect with a committed and motivated Healthy Start Coach 2 times a week for 8 weeks to help you get on the right track.
Mondays-Healthy Living Discussion
On Mondays the group will discuss nutrition, reading labels, meal planning, sleep habits and stress management.
Wednesdays-Exercise, Discussion and Workout
On Wednesdays you will learn the principles and guidelines to proper exercise, you will participate in strength training while also enjoying some cardio and flexibility training. You will also learn how to train your core to best support you in your everyday tasks and more.
Two sessions to choose from:
Noon hour Healthy Start-Monday and Wednesday
6PM Healthy Start-Monday and Wednesday

Program Fee: $50 a Y member; Non-members may sign up for $120 (this includes 8 weeks of membership during the program).
Please register early to secure a spot as space is limited to 12 each session.
During the program participants will keep a food and an exercise journal to share with Coach Cindy. This will help keep you committed and will help her guide you through the program.
