Fitness classes for all fitness levels.
This class is designed to accommodate beginning level fitness and older adults. In this class you’ll find 30 minutes of basic level aerobics, 20 minutes of resistance training and 10 minutes of yoga (balance and flexibility) training. Expand your cardiovascular fitness, improve strength to help with daily tasks become easier, and improve stability and range of motion all in one class.

This class is a cardio workout to great music. The instructor leads the class through various positions on the bike to provide the best workout. There are hills,

This class combines dance and high-energy popular music for a fitness class that is bound to get your heart rate up, your body moving, and the sweat dripping while you have a GREAT time! All fitness levels are welcome!
Appropriate for all levels of yoga ability from beginner to advanced, this class integrates breath, rhythm and mind/body awareness with gentle movements through a progression of yoga postures. Regular yoga practice will stretch and strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, increase range of motion, decrease stress and enhance well-being.
This class is designed for all fitness levels. The instructor for this class will guide you through the strength circuit in the wellness center while incorporating laps around the walking track for the perfect balance of cardiovascular and strength training.
