Walking into a new fitness class for the first time might be overwhelming. During our Group Fitness Sampler, you have the opportunity to try out some of our most popular classes without having to commit to a one-hour class! These sample classes will be 20 minutes long, and we invite you to participate in as many as you’d like.
Personal trainers will be available to meet with you to discuss how they may be able to help you make strides toward healthier living and meeting your fitness goals. Door prizes will be awarded, and any member who brings a non-member friend will get two entries for a chance to win a free 3-month membership for BOTH of you!
