This 7 to 8 week program was originated and designed by practitioners from mixed martial arts, Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The workouts contain technique used by actual fighters that can be used by anyone. In this class you will punch, elbow, and deliver knees and kicks of different types to pads that a training partner holds for you, which equates to the perfect mixture of high intensity cardio, strength training and low impact resistance that has proven results.
Age: 14 and older
Registration Begins: The 15th of the month prior to each session
Times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday- 5:30am-6:30am
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday-5:00pm-6:00pm
Fee:$55-$62/member, $110-$125/non-member (based on a 7 or 8 week session)
