Young athletes can stay connected and stay in shape with Small Group Personal Training for Athletes at the Y. Sessions are run by a certified personal trainer. Each session is open to 4-6 athletes and is six weeks long, meeting twice each week. All participants must be active YMCA members. Contact Emily Hayden at firstname.lastname@example.org
