Join us on Sunday, January 14th for our Sunday Sampler. This is an opportunity to learn about the Mattoon Y’s programs in the areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility! This is also a great time to become a member! We will be waiving the joining fee on all new memberships in the month of January 2018 with the donation of a pet item. All items collected during this membership drive will be donated to the Coles County Animal Shelter.
Check out a fitness class, learn about the NEW swim lesson curriculum, explore our School Age Child Care options, our sports programs and learn about volunteering with the YMCA. The YMCA is a non-profit organization that gives back to our community in numerous ways. Find out how you too can strengthen our community!
We understand walking into a hour fitness class for the first time might be overwhelming, so we want to give you a sampling of our group fitness classes during this event. We invite you to try out as many classes as you wish. Each class will be 20 minutes long so you get a taste of the class.
In addition, we will have personal trainers to meet with you in our Neal Gathering Area. They will inform you of how the may be able to help you make strides to healthier living along with talking through your fitness goals.
