We understand walking into a hour fitness class for the first time might be overwhelming, so we want to give you a sampling of our group fitness classes. We invite you to try out as many classes as you wish during this event. Each class will be 20 minutes long so you get a taste of the class.
In addition, we will have personal trainers to meet with you in our Neal Gathering Area. They will inform you of how the may be able to help you make strides to healthier living along with talking through your fitness goals.
