This unique program at the Mattoon Area Family YMCA combines the elements of Muay Thai, combat fitness, and strength training to deliver a high intensity workout. In this class you will punch, elbow, and deliver various forms of kicks to pads a partner holds for you. Partners will rotate holding training pads to maximize results. Sessions run for 7 or 8 weeks.
