This 7 to 8 week program combines the elements of Muay Thai, combat fitness, and strength training to deliver a high intensity workout. In this class you will punch, elbow, and deliver various forms of kicks to pads a partner holds for you. Partners will rotate holding training pads to maximize results.
Class days/times: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 AM
7 week program ($25/member; $50/non-member)
8 week program ($30/member; 60/non-member)
Age: 14 and older
Registration Begins: The 15th of the month prior to each session
