A combination of boxing and martial arts set to upbeat music will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and burn calories. Cardio Kickboxing routines are characterized by high intensity intervals coupled by toning recovery periods to zap calories and define your muscles.

We’re bringing group fitness to the treadmill! This 30-minute sweat session combines the heart benefits of cardiovascular training with the fat burning benefits of interval training. You can pick your own pace on the treadmill as a coach guides you through various exercises off the treadmill. This is a great workout designed for all fitness levels.

An intense cardio workout to great music. The instructor leads the class through various positions on the bike to provide the best workout. There are sprints, hills, jumps, and various other techniques that make your ride a fun calorie burning experience. Bring your water bottle – you’re going to need it!

This class integrates breath, rhythm and mind/body awareness with gentle movements through a progression of yoga postures.  Regular yoga practice will stretch and strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, increase range of motion, decrease stress and enhance well-being.  Modifications and challenges will be offered to compliment any fitness level.

This is a low impact basic level aerobic class for all ages that uses floor work only to improve cardiovascular fitness. This class uses light dumbbells for muscle conditioning. It is designed to accommodate beginning level fitness and older adults.

Burpees, squats, pushups … You can expect to do all these and even more highly effective exercises in this class. High-intensity interval training is incorporated into a boot camp style workout to help you torch calories and burn fat. Don’t forget to grab a towel, because you’ll need it!

Make your lunch break refreshing. Mid-Day Yoga is a gentle yoga class that will focus on postures, breath and mindful meditation to promote strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation of the mind and body.

In this class the instructor will use a variety of fitness formats such as step, circuits, and interval training to improve cardiovascular conditioning as well as a variety of equipment for muscle conditioning. The instructors will show beginning levels and advanced levels, making this class a perfect fit for people of all fitness levels.

PiYo speeds everything up – including your results – by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body.

The SYRNGY360 machine is the main tool used in this class that will give you a 360 degree workout.  Head-to-toe, you’ll engage every muscle in your body as you circuit around the machine doing various cardio, strength, endurance and agility exercises using unique equipment such as battle ropes and a heavy bag.  Variations will be shown for all fitness levels.

Tai Chi is a rhythmic Chinese Martial arts form that utilizes the whole body creating excellent circulation, balance and respiratory response. It is a self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Often described as mediation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. The beginner’s class will focus on learning moves to combine later into form.

The TRX suspension trainer is the main tool in this class.  You will experience a new form of resistance training that uses a wide variety of body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability.  Adjusting the load of your resistance is as easy as taking a small step, which makes this class perfect for people of all fitness levels.

Appropriate for all levels of yoga ability from beginner to advanced, this class will guide you through various yoga poses, stretches and relaxation.  Using the breath to transition and move, Yoga Flow will tone, restore and nurture your body.

This dance fitness class incorporates Latin, international and pop music and dance movements!  You don’t have to know how to dance to succeed.  The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.  Low-impact variations are offered.
