Walking into a new group fitness class can be intimidating, but the Y team is here for you! Our instructors will help you make modifications that will prevent injury while you’re on your fitness journey. We strive to bring our members the most highly sought after group fitness opportunities, so schedules are traditionally updated quarterly. If you can’t make it to class, the Virtual Y is ALWAYS available! Members can enjoy live or pre-recorded classes anytime, anywhere, with their favorite instructors.
