Your coach will take the time to learn about your personal struggles, and help you set healthy milestones and goals. Don’t spend life sitting on the sidelines. Get back in the game!

Nutrition Coaching is only available to YMCA members. Coaching sessions take place at either the Mattoon Area Family YMCA or Neal Center YMCA. Choose from one session or four sessions to receive personalized nutrition guidance.

Single Session: $55
4 Sessions: $210

Meet The Dietitian

Michelle is a Registered Dietitian with the Center for Healthy Living at Sarah Bush Lincoln. Michelle has over 18 years of clinical experience, 9 of which have been focused primarily on assisting individuals improve their health and well-being through weight management. Michelle’s approach is simple- she meets individuals where they are, offering guidance and support to assist with implementing lifestyle changes for long term success. Michelle understands that change isn’t easy, but she wants individuals to understand they are capable of change with focus, commitments, and dedication.
